Thank you for shopping with Spence’s! We hope you're happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with exchanges. 

Return Timeframe: You have 21 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. 

Eligibility for Returns: 

    •    To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

    •    Unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition without odor or damage. 

    •    With all original tags and packaging attached in original place.

    •    Returned within the timeframe specified above. 

    •    Exceptions: Final sale items (such as sale items, vintage, resale, scarves, belts or jewlery.) are NOT* eligible for return or exchange. 

    •    Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return. 


How to Initiate a Return:

 2. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Packaging:

Please pack your return securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

  •    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. 

 •    If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. 

 •    Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, if available. 

•    Store Credit: exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
