SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at Spences and supporting our small business.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling as we are a very small crew of 3 usually. Typically this is a much faster pace but to be on the safe side we always like to give a buffer.
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and handling.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, and please allow 5-7 business days to process an exchange/return once it has reached our establishment.
Throughout the month of February, November and December please allow 10-14 business days to process your order as this is our busy time and wouldn't want you to be disappointed in a late delivery if expecting your package sooner.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to assist you in resolving your issue.
DECFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received a damaged item in your order this much be reported within 3 days of delivery date, even if received on a Friday or Saturday email immediately and we will contact you back no later than 48 hours from receiving unless during busy season then allow 5-7 business days for response.
In the event of damaged or defective product follow our return policy with attached pictures or said product. Spences is not responsible for damaged or defective items after the tag has been removed, or items have been worn or washed.
ORDER ERROR
If you have received an item in your order that you did not order or the wrong size was sent from what is on your order form please call us or email us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and an explanation of the issue.
Can I return my order?
ALL returns must be unwashed, unworn, free of odor and stains and in new condition.
ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTAHCED, RETURN IS VOID IF TAGS ARE REMOVED.
ALL JEWLERY IS NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL SALE & VINTAGE/PRE-LOVED ITEMS ARE NON-FUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
We at Spences inspect every item before sent insuring you receive what you ordered and its in its best condition.
SHOPPING THE WEBSITE?
All of our products are photographed to its very best to ensure you are seeing exact coloring of our products, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computers and phones can show different shades of coloring and sizes. Items with slight color differences are not considered defective and is not a reason for return.
If all of our policies have not been met your return will be void.
